The Cynical Owl’s latest film, “She,” has been accepted into The New Voices in Black Cinema Short Film Collective. There will be a screening of the film November 6th at Rustik Tavern, 471 Dekalb Ave in Brooklyn. Screening starts promptly at 6:30pm.
