[BLOG] Childhood Movie Memory!
It’s that time of the year that I ADORE so much. It starts to get a bit nippy outside, we can start to dress in layers, the colors of autumn are present, Starbucks starts to sell that Pumpkin Spice Latte, and Television Networks start their annual Halloween countdown.
Horror will forever be my favorite genre and it’s part of the reason why I’m always excited for the fall and Halloween. However, my favorite “Halloween” movie is ‘Hocus Pocus’! Shocker I know.
I freaking loved this movie growing up and I still watch it during Halloween today! It brings back so many memories from my childhood and I get all excited at the opening credits (dorky? I know). I think this movie is the reason why I love candy corn so much…I could be wrong though.
I remember having the biggest crush on Sarah Jessica Parker’s character Sarah. She was quirky, vibrant, goofy, and sexy. Then I witnessed as she ate a spider and I was immediately grossed out by her. Yet she had the voice of an angel that pulled her back to my heart.
It’s such a fun movie and entertaining movie and even 20years later children are still enjoying it. It’s a family and Halloween favorite, if you haven’t seen it (which I find hard to believe) I HIGHLY recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!
